bpv BRAUN PARTNERS provided comprehensive legal assistance to ČEMOS, a.s. on the sale of shares in Úněšovský statek a.s. and the transfer of extensive agricultural land with a total area of hundreds of hectares. The work mainly involved preparing and negotiating the framework share transfer agreement, preparing all purchase agreements for the plots of land, negotiating with the seller’s bank, reviewing the escrow agreements, and advising on corporate law and competition law.
The team was led by partner Jiří Bárta and head attorney Pavel Vintr, supported by attorney Markéta Nešetřilová and junior associate Evelina Weagová. The project value was not disclosed.
