bpv BRAUN PARTNERS assisted RSBC with the acquisition of the Platinium office building

bpv BRAUN PARTNERS advised RSBC Real Estate, a private investment group, on the acquisition of the Platinium office building in the Brno city centre from REICO IS ČS. This was the longest held property in the fund's portfolio.

Considering that the market value of commercial property in urban Brno is approaching CZK 600 million, this is one of the largest real estate transactions in the region this year.

The Platinium office building has approximately 9,000 m2 of total leasable area, more than 93% of which is leased. The building contains mainly office space complemented by retail and storage space. Tenants include Cyrrus, ČSOB, Gardner Denver, KPMG and Gemini Eye Clinic. The building also includes 170 parking spaces. The property is located in the Žabovřesky district.
