CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, has announced personnel changes in the Research & Consulting and Investment Properties divisions, with Jana Prokopcová being promoted to Associate Director of Research & Consulting, Vítězslav Doležal being named the Associate Director and Josef Pohorský becoming an Investment Analyst of the Investment Properties department.

Jana Prokopcová has been working in the real estate market since 2007. She joined Research & Consulting at CBRE in 2008 and since then she has produced a number of quality presentations and client and periodic reports across all segments of the real estate market in the Czech Republic. At present, she primarily focuses on consulting in the office and industrial real estate sectors or new trends in the real estate market. Jana has also been responsible for investment research in Central and Eastern Europe since 2017 and has been promoted to the position of Associate Director of Research & Consulting at CBRE.
The information obtained from the research activities of Research & Consulting have also been successfully used by the Investment Properties team, where two members were also promoted.
One of them is Vítězslav Doležal, who has been working in CBRE’s investment team since 2012. Vítězslav has a wide range of experience in the commercial real estate market including retail, office, industrial property and hotels in the Czech Republic and the Central European region. He has participated in a number of successfully concluded investment transactions with a total volume of more than EUR 3 billion to date. Recently, there have been significant transactions such as the CBRE GI CEE portfolio and the Letňany and Palladium business centres. He has become a valuable member of the investment team thanks to his reputation as a reliable person who values high quality work. Vítězslav has a Master’s degree in real estate at the University College of Estate Management in Reading, and Finance, Financial Markets and Banking at Charles University. He has recently been promoted to the position of Associate Director of Investment Properties.
The next change in the Investment Properties department was Josef Pohorský, who was promoted to Investment Analyst. Josef is responsible for transaction management, preparing due diligence, real estate analysis and cash flow modelling. He gained his practical experience while working for a Slovak private equity company, where he was responsible for initial analysis, oversight of renewable sector projects and creation of alternative investment fund structure. While working at CBRE, he has already successfully worked on projects for clients such as CPI, AEW or LoneStar/Hudson.
