CBRE has strengthened their Industrial & Logistics team and expanded its consulting services in the field of acquisitions and property sales.
CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate services, has announced that Tomáš Pícha became a new member of Industrial & Logistics Department, where he is starting as a Land Acquisition Specialist to extend CBRE consulting services for property acquisition and sales.
The Industrial & Logistics department at CBRE specializes in advisory and transaction services for clients, ranging from property sales and leasing, land sales and acquisitions to property management.
