CBRE is starting a new Art of Space project

It is an information platform that connects people from different fields and brings all kinds of information about industrial real estate to professionals and the general public. Part of the project are the web pages www.artofspace.cz and a regular Business Session with market leaders

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, launched the new Art of Space project (www.artofspace.cz). The project was officially announced at a Business Session on "E-shops and their impact on industrial real estate and logistics" introduced by Amaury Gariel from CBRE, and subsequently discussed by the economist Aleš Michl, Tomáš Ctibor - 4CT, André Dravecký from ShipVio, Libor Hudeček from ZOOT and Pavel Sovička from Panattoni.

Bert Hesselink, Head of Industrial at CBRE, explained the Art of Space project more in depth:

“Warehouses represent a significant and very interesting topic for Czech companies. People are discussing them and we would like to be part of this debate and even take it one notch higher. To put it simply, people in the pub talk about it and everyone says they do not want a warehouse in their backyard. Politicians are also talking about it. The end-users also play a key role here because they need those spaces. And then we have the developers and construction companies that build the warehouses. We would like to stimulate debate, offer a platform for all stakeholders to contribute to. The goal is to work together to provide companies with the space they need to grow, as these are the very companies that give us jobs and pay our salaries and they are important to all. We also want to make sure that our communities and people are happy by ensuring the buildings fit the environment and nature as well as possible. "

Part of the project will be a partnership with the Art Wall competition (www.artofspace.cz/artwall) organized by CTP, of which CBRE and Art of Space are the main partner. Within the framework of the project, the best European artists will be able to use the facade of warehouses - sometimes really huge warehouses - as their canvas and create on them.

Articles, interviews and videos will be published on www.artofspace.cz. Art of Space will provide a space where experience and expertise are combined. Personal consultants will be addressed about the project, as they know best which spaces attract and entice people. Haulage companies and sustainability consultants who know how to manage warehouse halls will also be involved. Lawyers can tell them how to improve the process of obtaining building permits, land-planners from here and abroad, municipalities, interest groups and all people in general.
