Petr Kotora has joined the Industrial & Logistics team at CBRE. Ondřej Laně was named Director of Asset Services Retail at CBRE.
CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate services sector, has announced personnel changes in the Industrial & Logistics and Retail Departments. Petr Kotora has become a new reinforcement for the Department of Industrial & Logistics, where his role will be Senior Industrial Consultant. Ondřej Laně will become the Director of Asset Services Retail in the Retail Department at CBRE.
Petr Kotora became a new member of Industrial & Logistics, where he is starting as a Senior Industrial Consultant. Peter received his MBA from the International Business School. He has been working in the transport and logistics sectors ranges since graduation and more then 20 years. He gained his practical experience, especially in warehouse logistics, from positions as product manager and branch manager at logistics multinationals such as GEIS CZ s.r.o., DHL Express CZ s.r.o. or KUEHNE & NAGEL s.r.o. Peter speaks fluent English as well as some German and Russian.

Ondřej Laně was appointed Director of Asset Services Retail at CBRE. Ondřej joined CBRE after almost eight years spent as an asset manager at CBRE Global Investors/ING REIM. In his position, Ondřej Laně is responsible for leading a team of Retail Asset Services and managing CBRE teams at various shopping centres.
In the past, Ondřej Laně held the position of Asset Manager at a number of properties ranging from offices to retail. For larger projects we can mention, for example, the Beta office building at BB Centre, Budějovická alej, the Karviná and Nisa Liberec shopping centres and recently a portfolio of office buildings in Warsaw. His career in retail began twelve years ago as a marketing manager at Olympia in Pilsen. His experience gained from the real estate portfolio as a manager over the past several years further qualifies him for crisis management of shopping centres and dealing with difficult situations under pressure from competitors and their tenants.
