CBRE won instruction for ARC Robotics

Cooperation between ARC Robotics and CBRE resulted in two units rented in the industrial park CTZone Plzeň. Experienced professionals from CBRE facilitated ARC Robotic´s situation primarily thanks to detailed knowledge of Pilsen area and local market.
The aim EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF is reached by Czech company via complex solutions from the very early system proposal and its production to servis and spare parts. Robotic automatization decreases costs, saves time and work, and ensures fully usage of production. As a bonus, it has completely individual approach to every customer since 1991, respectively 2012.
During short time the lease contract was signed for 513 sq m of warehouse space and 268 sq m of offices. Investment and development company CTP Invest will enable moving in within half a year to a space ready according to client´s requests which means that at the beginning of 2017 the company will be able to offer its services from new place.
ARC Robotics will use this rented space as a warehouse and offices but also as a place where the funcionality of industrial robots for Japan company FANUC can be tested under real conditions.
