Clifford Chance advises on acquisition of Stoll Maschinenfabrik by Agrostroj Pelhřimov

International law firm Clifford Chance has provided legal advice in relation to the acquisition of Stoll Maschinenfabrik by Agrostroj Pelhřimov.
Agrostroj Pelhřimov is the leading producer of agricultural machines in the Czech Republic. Stoll, a traditional German company founded in 1878, is the largest manufacturer of front loaders in the world and one of the leading agricultural manufacturers in Germany.
The Clifford Chance team provided the parties involved in the acquisition with comprehensive Czech and German legal services in connection with the selected transaction documentation. The team was led by Prague Partner Miloš Felgr, who was supported by Senior Associate Pavel Boguský, Associate Tereza Řehořová and other colleagues based in Prague as well as in Munich and Frankfurt.
