Clifford Chance advises PPF banka on its financing of Crestyl's development of a residential project Zámecké zahrady

The Prague office of Clifford Chance advised PPF banka a.s. on the financing of Zámecké zahrady III., s.r.o. and the development of 33 residential homes. The properties are situated in a serene location, part of the newly emerging area of Zámecké zahrady neighborhood in Vysoký Újezd, near Prague. The residential project is developed by Crestyl, a prominent player on the real estate market.

The transaction was led by senior associate Hana Čekalová, under the supervision of managing partner Miloš Felgr. The team also included junior lawyers Ondřej Šteco and Adam Fanta, who played essential roles in advising on this financing.
