The purchase of more than 20 ha of land for a new park in Iłowa will satisfy client requirements in this growing area.
The new park sits strategically on the A18 highway connecting Krakow, Wroclaw and Germany. On January 9, 2018 CTP became the first big name in the dedicated Economic Activity Zone in the city. The signatories of the notarial deed of sale were Iłowa Mayor Paul Lichtański and the COO of CTP Invest Group, Robert Pitt. The ceremonial signing of a Letter of Intent also took place between the Municipality Iłowa and CTP Invest, which were invited representatives of neighboring local governments and business institutions, businessmen, councilors, the residents of the municipality and the county Żagań and a large representation of the students from the area.
