CTP Strengthens Business Development Team

CTP is proud to announce the further extension of its business development team in Romania with the addition of Mr. Daniel Cautis who will join as of March 15th.
Daniel will be working closely with Marian Orzu and Radu Ciobanu on growing CTP's portfolio in Romania, with the goal to reach one million m2 by year end. Daniel will be based in the Bucharest office.
CTP is expanding swiftly in Romania, with over130,000 m2 of premium industrial properties under construction throughout the country, with a special focus on the Bucharest market. Major projects are currently under construction at CTPark Bucharest and CTPark Bucharest West. Units are available for immediate move-in, while new premises will come on line within the following 6 months.
