CTP wins Hospitality Development of the Year at CIJ Czech

CTP's 1st hotel development, Courtyard by Marriott at Spielberk, won 1st place in the hospitality category at the annual Czech CIJ awards ceremony.
The hotel offers 201 luxurious rooms on 15 floors, and a sumptuous rooftop suite. Amenities include a restaurant with a bar for 150 guests and, most importantly, 10 conference rooms with ample natural daylight and access to the large outdoor terrace. The main conference hall boasts 360 m2 of floor space and the capacity for 400 people. The guests can also avail themselves of the fitness center on the top floor of the hotel. The Courtyard Marriott Hotel is situated at Spielberk Office Centre, Brno’s premier business address, with excellent on-site amenities and easy access to international motorways and the international Brno airport.
The modern, four-star hotel in the city of Brno was built to 5-star standards, thus the Brno hotel is expected to be the jewel of Europe for the internationally known 4-star Courtyard by Marriott chain.
