Customer experience is best managed by Zásilkovna

Of all the sectors assessed, telecommunications improved the most with customers. However, the trend of improving overall customer experience has stalled across the market for the first time since 2017.  According to the study "What machines can't do", digitization that takes into account human needs may be the key to providing a better customer experience.
