DELTA legal expands team

The DELTA legal team was strengthened by associates Irena Doleželová Sokolíková and Renata Hurychová and paralegal Denisa Bučilová.
Irena Doleželová Sokolíková has long specialized in banking & finance law, M&A, corporate law and general corporate governance. She has practical experience in the law of renewable energy sources and has lectured at conferences on the legal aspects of emissions trading. She also participated in the establishment of a joint venture between EMMA Capital and KKCG groups, SAZKA Group holding, one of the largest consumer gaming companies in Europe.
Irena graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and is a member of the Czech Bar Association. Prior to joining DELTA legal she was the chief legal counsel for private investment holding EMMA Capital, focusing primarily on acquisitions in the retail area, and also worked for leading law firms Clifford Chance and PRK Partners. She speaks English and Czech.
Irena is a certified yoga teacher, actively practising.
Renata Hurychová has long specialized in real estate, labour law and regulation. She has practical experience in real estate acquisitions and property management.
Renata graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and is a member of the Czech Bar Association. Prior to joining DELTA legal she worked for leading law firms Clifford Chance and Peterka & Partners. She speaks English and Czech.
Denisa Bučilová is in her last year of study at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. She focuses primarily on civil and commercial law. In addition to her native Czech, Denisa is fluent in English and conversant in German. She plays the piano.
