Dentons cross-border M&A team from Prague and Bratislava advised GeoPost / DPDgroup on the acquisition of Czech and Slovak parcel delivery operations of the German logistics group Geis, namely Geis Parcel CZ s.r.o. by Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and Geis Parcel SK s.r.o. by Direct Parcel Distribution SK s.r.o. in the Slovak Republic. The Geis group was advised by Rödl & Partner.
