The law firm of Dvořák Hager & Partners represented Granotrading in its purchase of established blown PE films manufacturer Slovpack Bratislava. Our legal services included due diligence and provision of comprehensive support during the transaction, including negotiation of transaction documentation and finalisation of the acquisition.
