Eversheds Sutherland advises H2 Equity Partners on its acquisition of Optegra International Limited

Eversheds Sutherland has advised H2 Equity Partners, a leading Western European investment firm, on its acquisition of Optegra, a pan-European eye care provider with operations in the UK, Poland and the Czech Republic.
Optegra has dedicated eye hospitals and clinics across the UK and Poland. It operates under brand Lexum in the Czech Republic where it is one of the largest and most sought-after eye clinics.
The Eversheds Sutherland Czech team was led by Marek Bomba, Principal Associate, with support from Associates Lucia Luptáková and Ondřej Beneš.
