Team Eversheds Sutherland made up of Katarína Jendželovská, Michal Růžička, Barbora Bugová led by Marek Bomba advised Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) on Czech aspects of acquisition of 50% stake in Well Well Group, a plant-based Polish food company with subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Germany. Well Well Group will become a joint venture of CPF. The Well Well group is active in the production of food from plants. It is estimated that completion of this transaction will increase the product type and customer base of Well Well Group. In addition, Well Well Group is expanding the scope of its business to include plant-based foods in Poland and Europe.
