Eversheds Sutherland provided legal advice to REWE Group on acquisition of the decade

The international team of Eversheds Sutherland assisted in one of the most significant transactions on the Czech tourism market in the last decade, the acquisition of CK Fischer.
Eversheds Sutherland provided comprehensive advice to German company DER Touristik Group of the REWE Group on the acquisition of Czech travel company CK Fischer from the KKCG Group. The firm's assistance consisted in performing due diligence, negotiating acquisition contractual documentation, completion of the transaction and other related legal advice. The transaction has been completed on 4 May 2020 following the approval of antitrust authorities in the Czech Republic and Austria.
