Eversheds Sutherland team's success in the Supreme Court.
The team of Jan Krampera, Peter Perniš and Lukáš Vacek from Eversheds Sutherland succeeded in their appeal to the Supreme Court. The team successfully represented clients, former executives of a drug distribution company, in a dispute over damages.
The value of the dispute was in the tens of millions of crowns and the proceedings on the so-called companion action against the clients were dismissed thanks to the legal argumentation of our team.
