Weinhold Legal strengthens its team with two new experienced lawyers.
Daša Aradská has strengthened Weinhold Legal’s team in the area of Labour Law, Privacy Law and related subjects. Daša’s arrival in Weinhold Legal is from an international corporation, where she has held the position of Legal Counsel for the Czech and Hungarian branches since 2012. Daša previously worked in a major law firm, specializing in labour law. Daša has long been involved in labour law and consulting for HR professionals across various business sectors. She also has extensive experience with GDPR and compliance issues. Daša graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In addition to her native Slovak, Daša speaks Czech, English and has a basic knowledge of German and Hungarian.
Attorney Jakub Nedoma strengthens the team focused on M&A, Litigation and IT Law. Jakub worked at Weinhold Legal from 2012 to 2017. Subsequently, he advised on acquisitions, venture capital and modern technology. From 2018 to 2019, Jakub held the position of M&A and IT/IP expert for a major international company operating in the CEE region. Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and is an advocate registered with the Czech Bar Association. In addition to his native Czech, Jakub speaks fluent English.
