JLL Prague Has Three New Associate Directors

JLL Czech Republic is delighted to announce that Blanka Vačkova, Hana Kollmannová and Miroslav Kotek have been promoted to Associate Directors.

Blanka Vačkova is one of the most experienced property market analysts in the Czech Republic. She has been with JLL since 1997 and currently working as Head of Research. Blanka specialises in the Czech retail and industrial property markets and is a founding member of the Prague Research Forum. In 2014, Blanka was honoured with the JLL Retail Excellence Award for her outstanding contribution to service development on the Czech retail property market. Blanka is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres). Blanka graduated from Charles University in Prague. Her hobbies include cinema and opera.

Hana Kollmannová has formed an integral part of JLL’s investment team since 2005 specialising in commercial investment. Over the course of her career at JLL, she has participated in real estate transactions totaling more than 1.5 billion EUR. Her previous experience was in the banking sector, working for Unicredit Bank in Prague and UBS Investment Bank in New York. Hana graduated from Baruch College in New York (Economics & Finance) and the Nottingham Trent University & Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom (Real Estate Management & Investment).

Miroslav Kotek has been with JLL since 2007 when he joined the Industrial Property Agency. For almost ten years he has been dealing with the leasing and marketing of industrial property schemes in the Czech Republic. Miroslav has often been involved in the initial phases of preparing and planning projects, land acquisitions, and negotiations with municipality administrations and tenders for construction suppliers. Miroslav capitalises on his experience gained working for CzechInvest for eight years before joining JLL. Miroslav’s long-term clients at JLL include international development companies (Prologis, P3, CTP Invest, VGP, Segro, Pannatoni and ILD) and large logistics and production companies. Miroslav graduated from Charles University in Prague. He likes to spend his free time with family or playing non-professional football.
