JŠK advised Catalyst Capital group on the acquisition of Olympia

JŠK provided legal advice to investment group Catalyst Capital in the acquisition of the Olympia Olomouc shopping centre. Olympia Olomouc is a regional shopping centre with more than 30,000 square metres of lettable area. 

The transaction was led by JŠK partner Roman Šťastný in cooperation with senior associate Daniel Pospíšil, junior lawyer Jana Sabová and Patrik Müller, managing associate, responsible for the company’s due diligence.
