JŠK successfully represented the owners of TGA Holding in the sale of Značky Morava and Silverton

JŠK provided legal advice to TGA Holding, owned by Georgios Tavandzis, on the sale of Značky Morava and two affiliates, GRAMES and Silverton, to CIDEM Invest.
TGA Holding is a dynamic investment company engaged in acquisition activities and the search for investment opportunities. Despite operating on the Czech market for only a short while, it has already brought together several important companies from various industries. It primarily focuses on construction, development, gastronomy and agriculture.
Značky Morava has 20 years of experience in the field of transport construction. Its main activity is the implementation of horizontal traffic signs, installation of steel road barriers, production and installation of vertical traffic signs and other systems ensuring the safe construction of the highway and road network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The JŠK transaction team, consisting of partner Tomáš Doležil, lawyers Daniel Pospíšil and Martin Vlk, and associate Jan Koprnický, also cooperated with lawyer Daniel Maroušek on the sell side. The buyer was represented by HLADKY.LEGAL under the leadership of Lucie Hladká.
Tomáš Doležil commented on the transaction as follows: "It was a long and demanding process, because both parties had a clear idea of the terms of the transaction. In the end, we managed to harmonise everything and successfully implement the sale. We are glad that we were able to assist in such an important transaction."
