CBRE, the world leader in the commercial real estate services, has announced that Katarína Brydone is the new Head of Retail in CBRE Czech Republic.
Katarína will be responsible for the coordination and ultimate performance of all CBRE retail service lines from investment properties, leasing, asset services, building consultancy and as well as the support services retail requires, such as research and marketing. Katarina has been with the company for more than 10 years and her backround is investment properties. The most notable transaction is the acquisition of Palladium on behalf of Union Investment in 2015, which was the largest deal in the Czech history and the largest CEE single asset transaction. Katarína also advised on the acquisition of Atrium Flora on behalf of Atrium European Real Estate and on the disposal of Futurum Hradec Králové on behalf of Heitman, GE Capital and TK Development.

Katarína Brydone has been with CBRE since 2006. Prior her role, she specialised in acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic. She has been exposed to all type of commercial property, however she has lately focused on retail investments. Katarina has gained a Masters degree in Property Investment and Management at Nottingham Trend & Sheffield Hallam University, the United Kingdom; Masters degree in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University, the United Kingdom and Bachelor degree in Public Economy and Administration from the University of Matej Bel, Slovakia.
