KPMG appointed four new partners

Eva Bláhová, Pavel Gorel, Petr Kuna and Barbora Šíblová have joined KPMG’s partner ranks. Bláhová will continue to develop KPMG’s business opportunities, Gorel its tax, legal and immigration services, and Kuna and Šíblová KPMG’s audit section. Šíblová will also remain in charge of the growth of KPMG’s offices in Brno and Ostrava.

Eva Bláhová 

Eva Bláhová graduated from Masaryk University in Brno. She has more than twenty years of experience in the field of information technology and business. Eva has worked for Nissan and Oracle for many years. She has been working at KPMG since 2013. In the Management Consulting department, she leads a team responsible for developing business opportunities in the private and public sectors. In her new role, she will further develop client relationships across KPMG’s portfolio of consulting services.

Pavel Gorel

Pavel Gorel started working at KPMG in 2006 while studying at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been engaged in tax consulting in the field of personal income tax (Global Mobility Services). His other area of specialization is Immigration Services, which he founded and started to develop in 2013. He has been a local partner of the firm (Associate Partner) since 2021. He will continue to focus on managing and acquiring new clients and developing KPMG’s tax, legal and immigration services.

Petr Kuna

Petr Kuna joined KPMG in 2010 while studying at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics. He focuses on auditing industrial companies in the telecommunications and information technology, energy, and engineering sectors. Petr will continue to provide audit services to leading international and local companies and participate in the development of the audit department as a partner responsible for audit methodology.

Barbora Šíblová

Barbora has been working in KPMG’s Brno office since 2006. She has extensive experience in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with Czech accounting standards, IFRS and US GAAP, especially for manufacturing companies. She leads projects in business combinations and consolidations and audits Shared Service Centres. Her clients are mainly national and multinational companies from the Moravian region. Barbora is one of the founders of the KPMG Ladies Club in Moravia, a platform for informal meetings of top Czech businesswomen.
