KPMG’s offices are currently undergoing renovations
KPMG has extended its lease of 10,000 sq.m. of office space in the Florenc Office Center for another 10 years. CBRE represented the new owner of the Florenc Office Center, a ZFP real estate fund managed by ZFP Investments. KPMG’s offices are currently being renovated.
Radek Halíček, Managing Partner at KPMG:
"We’ve decided to stay in our existing offices at the Florenc Office Center largely due to the excellent location and availability of offices in the centre of Prague. Another advantage is that we occupy the entire building by ourselves, so we don’t have to share the space with another tenant. At present, the offices are undergoing a gradual reconstruction in order to provide our employees with greater comfort and facilities for their daily work. The individual floors will be connected with a spacious staircase and there will also be so-called hubs, meaning spaces where the employees can informally meet, relax or eat lunch. On the top floor, the seventh, we will build an extensive client area with its own reception area, where everybody at the meeting can also enjoy a stunning view of Prague. The whole building will have better lighting and be equipped with the latest and most efficient furniture from renowned manufacturers.”
Kateřina Havlová, Associate Director Advisory & Transaction Services – Office at CBRE:
“CBRE has been managing the Florenc Office Center for a long time and has been working with ZFP Investments for the third year enabling us to have a complete overview of the condition and state of the entire building allowing us to offer a comprehensive solution for KPMG’s lease.”
Peter Lukáč, Vice-Chairmen at ZFP Investments:
"We’re very pleased to have been able to negotiate an exceptional lease extension until 2028 with such a renowned tenant as KPMG. We see this as conformation of the extraordinary relationship between the ZFP Real Estate Fund as the owner of the Florenc Office Center and KPMG as its exclusive tenant. We also believe that thanks to the ongoing large-scale reconstruction of the interior we will provide KPMG employees with an even more comfortable work environment that reflects the most demanding requirements.”
