Replying to the growing demand of its clients in Moravia/Silesia
CTP, replying to the growing demand of its clients, is expanding the CTPark network in the Czech Region of Moravia/Silesia.
“We are significantly strengthening our position in the region with 25,000 m2 under construction at CTPark Ostrava; a 7,000 m2 addition for Varroc in Nový Jičín, in addition to a top-quality food production facility at Lipník nad Bečvou,” says David Chladek, Regional Director.
We are always interested in developing new opportunities for clients in smaller cities such as we did for STOW at CTPark Karvina, and in preparing the next phases of construction at CTPark Hranice.
In the meantime, the first phase of CTPark Nošovice was completed this spring and already over 85% of the space has been leased – an indication of the location’s attractiveness and potential. The second phase will see the build-up of another 10,000 m2 of logistics and manufacturing space to be ready for occupation in March 2019.
