New Year's Eve 2020 in the Vodafone network

On New Year's Eve, Vodafone set a record for the volume of data transmitted. The use of data services increased by 93% compared to last year. Vodafone's network connected over 16 million calls and transmitted nearly 6 million SMS messages. Both the number of calls made and SMS sent decreased year-on-year, but the length of calls increased. Traditionally, the busiest time was the hour after midnight.
Of the foreign calls, Slovakia was the most called.
