No Rebooking Fees

We know that the flexibility of your travel plans is utmost important. Therefore, for all existing and new individual bookings made before 30 June 2021 with a return date on or before 30 June 2021, we will process change of travel dates free of charge.
You can change the dates free of charge if:
- You have an existing reservation or book a flight until or on 30 June 2021
- Your flight is scheduled to be operated until 30 June 2021 (incl.)
- Your reservation and the ticket issued therefrom have not been used even partially so far
- The replacement flight is to take place until or on 31 March 2022
- The flight is operated by Czech Airlines or Smartwings
- You request the rebooking more than 24 hours prior to the departure of the first flight in your reservation
If the original fare is no longer available, you can rebook your flight to a later date subject to a surcharge equal to the difference in fares.
Other conditions comply with the rules and regulations of the respective price package.
All additional services purchased for the original date of travel will be transferred to the new travel date with the exception of services provided by our contractual partners (e.g. insurance, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.).
