Attorney-at-law Petra Konečná is a new partner of the Prague law firm Eversheds Sutherland. She was promoted from the position of counsel in May 2023.
Petra Konečná is a member of the corporate group, which focuses primarily on corporate, M&A and contract law, and is head of the banking & finance team.
In her previous practice, she worked at Felix & Co. AK or Schönherr, and has been working with Eversheds Sutherland since 2015. She has many years of experience in providing day-to-day advice to a number of major international and Czech companies, particularly manufacturing companies, in negotiating complex contractual documentation and in syndicated financing, especially for German clients.
In addition to her legal practice, she also lectures and publishes, has authored or co-authored a number of articles on corporate law, banking & finance and labour law, as well as a C.H. Beck commentary on the Labour Code.
