The new CTP student housing project is currently under construction at our Ponavka business park in Brno. Upon completion, the project will have the capacity to accommodate up to 300 students in a modern, A-class facility.
The new living space concept is designed to create a campus-like atmosphere, providing opportunities for students and companies to interact in both a professional and social setting. Students will be able to, through company presentations and job fairs, meet potential employers, and companies will have unique access to some of the best students from the technology universities found in Brno.
To encourage take-up and diversity, CTP will be providing discounted accommodation to qualified students from a wide variety of academic fields and backgrounds.
“We are currently discussing the concept with some of our key tenants to create programs that match the high quality student talent to their hiring needs, develop internship opportunities and begin scheduling future job fairs,” says Remon Vos, CTP CEO.
