Dvořák Hager & Partners successfully represented a foreign-owned fintech company in the registration procedure concerning a small-scale issuer of e-money. We prepared all required documents for the client, from the business plan to internal regulations. In addition to the licensing proceedings, our legal services also included corporate and financial law consulting.
