The Rodina v právu project confronts negative social stereotypes and promotes the idea that divorce, property settlements and custody agreements are common life situations that any one of us can find ourselves in (sometimes through no fault of our own). Not everyone takes the same approach, however. Family law doesn’t always have to be a battlefield for working out problems in our personal lives or – even worse – destroying relationships within the family and negatively impacting the children. Rodina v právu aims to improve the family law environment and help clients find acceptable solutions and peace of mind. “Our goal is to give clients a rational explanation of their situation and support them in their decisions,” says attorney and founder Gabriela Jiráková.
