Schoenherr Attorneys at Law, a leading law firm in Central and Eastern Europe, is relocating its Prague office to the newly renovated office building at Jindřišská 16 in the centre of Prague.
The building, located only a few steps from the Jindřišská Tower, was built at the beginning of the 19th century. Austrian company IMMOFINANZ took over the project in 2010 and the renovation and completion of the building was designed by DaM architekti, a renowned Prague architectural studio. The result is a high-quality office building holding a LEED Gold certificate.
"After the expiry of our lease in the Palladium building, we had the opportunity to choose a new headquarters for our office from among a number of highly attractive offers in the centre of Prague. The Jindřišská 16 project met our requirements in full, as it connects Prague's historical legacy with a modern renovation offering both an attractive and practical environment for our employees and clients," said Martin Kubánek, managing partner of Schoenherr's Prague office.
