Spielberk Wins Business Property of the Year

CTP Development Awarded during 17th annual AFI-CzechInvest Competition

The largest office park of its kind in Brno - Spielberk Office Center - won first place during the Investor and Business Property Competition which took place at Palac Žofin in Prague. The CTP development was awarded by jury for the cooperation with Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Czech Republic, who recently leased more than 400 m2 of office space at Spielberk. With the agreement of Deutsche Telekom, Spielberk reached full occupancy.

One of the most prestigious competitions in its field, the competition has been organised by CzechInvest  together with
AFI for the 17th year in a row. 

"We appreciate the award for the Spielberk. We are proud of our unique business development here in Brno, which is unparalleled . Last year, we completed  the project with the opening of the modern Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, which focuses mainly on business clients, and  makes Brno a more attractive business destination. By signing the contract with Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Czech Republic s.r.o., we have achieved almost 100% occupancy. Due to growing demand from our clients, we are currently building new office premises at Vlněna, which will offer an additional 100,000 m2 of A-Class office premises to Brno-based companies," says Jiří Kostečka, Business Developer from CTP.
