Štěpán Šatoplet Named the New Head of Landlord Representation at JLL

JLL is launching new concept of office leasing agency led by Štěpán Šatoplet.
JLL, real estate advisory company, has named Štěpán Šatoplet the new Head of Landlord Representation. Štěpán is a seasoned real estate professional with 14 years of experience on the Prague market, is going to lead the change in the office leasing department. The office agency will diversify its services into Landlord Representation and a new Brokerage service. The team currently has 5 consultants and will steadily expand.
„JLL has been providing its office leasing services since 1992 when JLL´s Czech branch was set-up. Office leasing is now split into three parts: Tenant Representation (market leader), Landlord Representation and the new Brokerage service,“ says Miroslav Barnáš, Managing Director of JLL Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Štěpán has been active on the Prague property market since 2003. He previously worked for Skanska for almost 9 years and between 2012 and 2017 he was with CBRE working as an office leasing consultant. His role at JLL include business development, providing quality services to JLL´s clients and the expansion of JLL’s online office property search platform www.officefinder.cz
Štěpán is fluent in English. He loves music and has been the frontman of hard-rock band The.Switch for twenty years now.
