Our office successfully represented a major fast-food provider at the arbitration court in a dispute with a former franchisee. In addition to winning all of our client's claims, we also defended our client against a counterclaim brought by the defendant. Our legal services included assessing the case and the chances of success in the dispute, setting up and guiding the trial strategy, and representing the client before the arbitration court.
