Successful representation of a non-bank consumer credit provider in proceedings with the Czech National Bank

Dvořák Hager & Partners successfully represented COOL CREDIT, s.r.o. in the procedure for registration in the register of non-bank consumer credit providers. We prepared all relevant documents for the client, from the business plan to standard contractual documentation and internal regulations. In addition to representation in the proceedings before the Czech National Bank, our legal services also included advice on corporate and financial law.
