Dvořák Hager & Partners represented Algotech in its purchase of 100% ownership interest in SugarFactory s.r.o., a company operating in the field of CRM solutions. Our legal services included pre-investment due diligence, complete preparation of contractual documentation and support in the negotiation phase.

The team was led by partner Lukáš Zahrádka in cooperation with attorney Dominika Veselá.
