Successful representation of client before the supreme court

Our firm successfully represented a client before the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in a case on the invalidity and illegitimacy of a notarial deed, which contained debt recognition in the order of tens of millions of crowns and a subsequent enforceability clause. The Supreme Court fully agreed with our argument about the formal deficiencies of the contested notarial deed as an enforceable title in execution proceedings.
The team was led by Jan Krampera, the head of the litigation team, in cooperation with attorney-at-law Tereza Dosedělová.
