We successfully represented our client ÚJV Řež, a.s. in a legally and technically complex dispute involving the appraisal of rented property worth tens of millions of Czech crowns. Our legal services included assessing the case and the chances of success in the dispute, setting up and running a process strategy, and representing the client in mediation proceedings and before the general courts.
The team was led by the head of the litigation team Jan Krampera in cooperation with attorney Tereza Dosedělová.
