In the World Trademark Review WTR1000 for the year 2018, Taylor Wessing ranked second in Prague in the international category. This recognition was awarded for outstanding business know-how in providing full legal services in the protection of Trademarks, and thanks to close collaboration with specialist colleagues in other departments. Lawyers in the area of Intellectual Property were recognized for meeting specific targets in this area. The firm’s legal practice in the IP field was further strengthened with the arrival in 2015 of experienced lawyer Karin Pomaizlová. She was singled out for individual recognition, namely with a silver medal. The jury appreciated her perceptive advice in protecting client portfolios protection and points to her agility in criminal and civil proceedings against those who had infrigned trademarks.
