"This year marks ten years since we started our operations in Týniště nad Orlicí, when we started the construction of the first hall for Assa Abloy. I am delighted that we can welcome to our new premises Totem Bikes, a Czech company that was also founded ten years ago and quickly proved that e-bikes are a fantastic transport option for all groups of people. I believe that they will make full use of the provided space for further expansion," says Pavel Sovička, Panattoni's General Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
"In recent years, we have fully felt the boom in demand for e-bikes, so we soon started looking for a new hall that will be sufficient for the development of our company. Panattoni Park Týniště is quite ideal, not only because of the modern technology in the hall, but also because of the good transport links, which will help us especially in faster distribution of our products," says Jakub Ryba, Managing Director of Totem Bikes.
Panattoni has been expanding the industrial park in Týniště nad Orlicí since last autumn, when due to demand for available space, the company started construction of two 16,000 sqm and 9,900 sqm halls. The tenant of the recently completed half of the first hall is the transport and logistics company C.S.CARGO. The company has found a suitable place to expand its e-commerce services.
"The long-term lack of capacity in industrial zones met with the expansion of the park in Týniště, supported by the exponential growth of the e-commerce sector, clearly confirmed to us that the expansion of our park in Týniště was the right move. We only started construction of the two new halls at the end of last year and already have additional staff for the new premises after announcing our first tenant in May. In the coming years, we expect the demand for rentable space to grow even more and it will be much more difficult for companies to find suitable premises," adds Pavel Sovička.
