The second issue of PASSERINVEST GROUP bonds was sold successfully

PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s., a leading Czech development and investment company, has successfully completed the underwriting of its second issuance of corporate bonds through its subsidiary PASSERINVEST FINANCE, a.s. The issue size amounted to CZK 2 billion with the possibility of a further increase to CZK 2.25 billion. The annual interest yield in the amount of 5.25% will be paid quarterly. The bonds will mature in March 2023. PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. is planning to use the proceeds from the issuance for intragroup financing, particularly for the financing of acquisitions.
The managers of the issuance are J&T Banka, a.s. and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.
