The State Agricultural Intervention Fund (PGRLF) will occupy 2,590 sq. m. of new office premises in Oasis Florenc located in Sokolovská Street, Prague 8. PGRLF, institution set up by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, will create a new central office for administration of subsidies and support programmes focusing on Czech farmers, processors of agricultural production and wood industry subjects.
Oasis Florenc, leased and managed exclusively by real estate advisory JLL, is located on the border of Prague 1 and Prague 8 in a close vicinity to Metro B and C station and tram lines connecting the city centre with Karlín and other parts of Prague. Among the tenants of the 15,000 sq. m. scheme Oasis Florenc are companies such as Cisco Systems, J&T Bank and pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. There is also a shopping passage in the building with stores such as Albert and DM Drogerie, café Costa Coffee, a pharmacy and other facilities.
“The relocation of PGRLF to Oasis Florenc has pleased us. Oasis Florenc was one the first modern office buildings in Karlín and it is still attractive for renowned tenants. The project helped Karlín to become a sought-after office location,” says Martin Novák from Artiga Real Estate, who represents the building owner.
The transaction was brokered by real estate advisors Knight Frank (on behalf of PGRLF) and JLL (exclusive leasing agent and property manager of Oasis Florenc).
“Our cooperation with PGRLF was very smooth and we are pleased that we managed to find premises suitable for the client in such a short time,” comments Martin Ducháč, Senior Consultant, Knight Frank.
