CBRE, a global leader in real estate services, has bolstered its AS Retail Department. Tomáš Míček has joined in the position of Deputy Director in Asset Services Retail. His task will be to lead teams in the individual shopping centres managed by CBRE.
In addition to his main task in leading dedicated teams in the individual centres under CBRE’s management, Tomáš Míček will also be responsible for their property management. In his function he will also be involved in the care and communication with the owners of these centres, asset management and cooperation with the Leasing Department in connection with the configuration of the proper tenant mix, and he will also contribute to general developments enabling CBRE to offer their owners highly comfortable services with added value.
Ondřej Laně, the AS Retail Director in CBRE explained his role: “With the arrival of Tomáš, we are strengthening the capacity of the entire department so that we can better serve our clients, thereby providing the higher quality management of their real estate portfolios. Tomáš and I will be working as ASR client-facing representatives and together we will share the responsibility for running the department.”
Before working in CBRE, Tomáš Míček spent the last nine years in IKEA Centres, where he worked in a number of positions. He successfully performed the function of Centre Manager for Ostrava’s Avion and subsequently also the Centre Manager for Bratislava’s Avion Shopping Park. He gained further experience, for example, in Tesco Stores, where he worked at the beginning of his career as a Department Manager as well as an Area Trade Manager.
Tomáš is fluent in English and Polish. He studied economics and management at the Technical University in Ostrava
