Two thirds of employees continue to work even on holidays or weekends

A holiday, weekend or evening does not mean the end of working hours for a large number of employees. Two-thirds of people can't or won't stop working even on a weekend or holiday, according to PwC's Upskilling Hopes and Fears 2021 survey of more than 32,000 workers worldwide. Companies that want to be successful in a rapidly changing job market need to respond and take care of their employees' mental health. Going forward, they prefer a mix of working from home and in the office.
