Two major additions to the JŠK team this autumn

The first is Kateřina Maysenhölder, who has been practicing law since 2016. At JŠK, she specialises in litigation, arbitration, corporate and sports law, as well as regulatory matters. She gained her experience at an international and Czech law firm, where she focused mainly on litigation and advising German-speaking clients on corporate law. In addition, she provided legal advice to a non-profit organisation supporting women's data education worldwide.
The other recent joiner is attorney Vladěna Svobodová, who, in addition to Czech law, also studied European law with a focus on European competition law at the Vrije Universiteit in Brussels. In addition to Czech and international law firms, she also worked at the European Commission at the Directorate General for Competition, where she investigated cartel agreements. She also worked for three years as a legal consultant in Brussels monitoring the transposition of EU directives into the Czech legal system. At JŠK she focuses on M&A, competition law, FDI, GDPR and life science.
