We would like to invite you to the first of two webinars entitled "Venture Capital Financing of Technology Start Ups”, 27.1.2021 from 10 a.m.
In the first webinar we look at an introduction to venture capital financing, including what venture capital financing is, what kinds of businesses may need it and how a business can prepare for a financing. The second webinar looks at the structure of a venture capital financing transaction by examining a typical term sheet.
